These muffins are quick to make only requiring that you get one bowl dirty! Just throw the ingredients into the bowl, mash, mix, and bake! They make for a great snack or treat for the whole family.

Ingredients:
- 2 bananas
- 1 cup pecans halves
- 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1 cup maple syrup
- 2/3 cup almond butter
- 2 cups oat flour
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1 tbsp + 1 tsp cinnamon
Directions:
Peel the bananas and place them into a large mixing bowl. Using a potato masher (or a fork), mash the bananas up very well. Next, measure out the pecan halves, break them into large pieces, and add them to the bowl. Add the rest of the ingredients to the bowl. Stir until well combined.
Using coconut oil or cooking spray, lightly grease a muffin tin. Using an ice cream scoop or a spoon, scoop the batter evenly into the muffin cups (makes 10-12 muffins).
Place the muffin tin into the oven. Set the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (I did not preheat the oven). Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the tops are lightly browned and a toothpick comes up almost clean.
Store in the fridge.
Enjoy!
