Chocolate Chunk Peanut Butter Cookies

Chocolate and peanut butter paired together make for a real treat. This flavor combination is definitely one of my favorites.

These cookies are quick and easy to make, require only one bowl, and only bake for 10 minutes.

So if you’re looking for a tasty treat that doesn’t take long to whip up, try these!

Cookie Ingredients:

  • 1.5 cups natural peanut butter
  • 1 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 2 cups oat flour (I use gluten-free)
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 bar dark chocolate broken into pieces (I use Lindt Madagascar)

Cookie Directions:

Put all ingredients, with the exception of the chocolate, into a large mixing bowl and mix until very well combined. Add the broken up chocolate bar to the batter and mix to combine.

Note: I find these taste best using Lindt Madagascar. I like this dark chocolate because it isn’t bitter. But I encourage you to try these with your favorite dark chocolate!

Line 2 cookie sheets with parchment paper. Using a medium cookie dough scooper or a spoon, scoop batter onto cookie sheets creating even-sized balls (makes about 30-32 cookies). Using your fingers, flatten each cookie slightly.

Bake in preheated 350 degree Fahrenheit oven for 10-12 minutes or until cookies are firm and easily lift off of the cookie sheet.

Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.

Store leftovers in the fridge.

Enjoy!
