These cookies are quick and easy to make. They are also absolutely delicious and slightly addicting.
This is one bowl baking at its best!
Cookie Ingredients:
- 1 cup creamed honey
- 2 cups natural peanut butter
- 3 cups oats (I use gluten-free)
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
Cookie Directions:
Put all ingredients into a large mixing bowl and mix until well combined.
Line two cookie sheets with parchment paper. Using a medium-sized cookie dough scooper or a spoon, form batter into even sized balls and place them on the cookie sheets. Flatten the balls slightly with the back of a spoon or your fingers. Continue this until the batter is gone (makes about 28 cookies).
Place cookies in preheated 350 degree Fahrenheit oven and bake for 8-10 minutes or until sides (along bottom) are lightly golden.
Remove from oven and let cool for 20 minutes to allow them to fully set up.
Store leftovers in the fridge.
